REFUND POLICY

Every piece at Paschar.art is custom printed to order — made specifically for you, just the way you chose it. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care with every order. However, if your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at pascharart@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Once we've reviewed the evidence, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in colour may occur between your screen and the printed piece. This is normal for all fine art printing and is not considered a defect.
  • Natural grain variations on wood prints are part of the material's character and make each piece unique. These are not defects.
  • We are unable to accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer's remorse.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For a minor failure, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.
