Welcome to Paschar.art. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold through Paschar.art are custom printed to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and content on Paschar.art are the original work of the artist and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.

Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it for personal use. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paschar.art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that colours shown on your screen will exactly match the printed product due to differences in display settings and printing processes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
