Faithful Spirit — Green
A Portrait of Inner Strength and Devotion
"The Faithful Spirit" is piece No. 54, and it is one of the most personal portraits I have created. In my journey from the noise of the workshop to the quiet of the studio, I learned that true strength isn't always loud. Sometimes, it is the quiet act of holding yourself together and looking up.
In this piece, I wanted to capture dignity. The crossed arms aren't blocking the world out; they are holding the spirit in. The upward gaze isn't just looking at the sky; it is looking for an answer.
Using my "bank note" engraving technique, I treated the folds of her hijab with the same mechanical precision I once used for steel. Thousands of individual lines weave together to create the fabric's soft texture. It is a labour of discipline—mirroring the discipline of faith itself.
The Pure Edition (Studio purple): A clean, minimalist background that puts all the focus on the subject’s eyes and the intricate line-work of her hands. It feels classic, raw, and incredibly honest.
. Fine Art Paper: The purest way to view the engraving detail.
Vivid Alchemy: This is not a standard print. Using advanced 12-color Giclée fine art technology, every shadow, ember, and subtle nuance of my original work is captured with a striking, undeniable depth.
The Matte Canvas: The surface is a smooth, premium matte. It drinks the light rather than reflecting it, creating a completely glare-free window into the artwork from any angle in your room.
Heirloom Weight: Crafted on substantial 200 gsm (80 lb) stock. It feels less like a simple poster and more like a true gallery exhibition piece—heavy, tactile, and built to endure.
Command Your Space: Available in a carefully selected range of sizes, allowing you to choose whether this piece whispers from a quiet corner or anchors your entire wall.
Honoring the Earth: Because my work is deeply tied to the natural world, the materials must be, too. Every piece is consciously crafted on environmentally responsible, FSC-certified paper.
