This piece is a deliberate clash of my two professional backgrounds. The background features sharp, parallel vertical lines—a nod to my days as a toolmaker, where precision and straight edges were everything. Emerging from this rigid structure is the puppy, rendered with the soft, chaotic curls that I mastered as a hairstylist. The artwork represents the moment pure joy breaks through the structure of everyday life—a "pop" of happiness that you can’t ignore.
